¼ cupbutter

⅓ cupflour

13.5 fl ozwhole milk

6.8 fl ozcream

1-¾shredded cheese

Directions
Place the potato slices in a pot of lightly salted water and cook for about 10 minutes, then drain.
Meanwhile, wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and cook in a large pot with plenty of salted water for about 3 minutes until al dente, then drain.
Preheat the oven to 381ºF.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the flour. Add the milk with the cream, salt, pepper and Casserole Allrounder and bring to a boil while stirring. Grease the baking dish, add broccoli and potatoes and cover it with the sauce. Sprinkle it with the shredded cheese and bake for about 30 minutes. Ready!
If the cheese gets too dark, simply cover the casserole with a piece of aluminum foil.
If using a convection oven, reduce the oven temperature to 356ºF.
