For the Sauce:

½ cupchicken broth

1/4 cupsoy sauce
-
2 Tbsp.hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp.oyster sauce

1 Tbsp.sesame oil
Directions
Place the meat in a medium bowl. Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce until blended; pour over the meat. Stir to evenly coat the meat with the brown sugar mixture. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
Heat the 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the meat mixture; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until the meat is evenly browned. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic and ginger are fragrant. Add the peppers, carrots, yellow onions, broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Mix the Sauce ingredients until well blended.
Return the meat mixture to the skillet along with the Sauce; stir to evenly coat the meat and vegetables with the sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened. Remove from the heat.
Add the green onions and Stir-Fry (Seasoning Blend); mix well.
Serve over hot cooked rice or udon noodles.
