-
3 Tbsp
-
¼ cupketchup
-
2 Tbspmaple syrup
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
2cloves of garlic, finely chopped
-
2 tspfinely chopped fresh thyme leaves

2 tsp
-
2racks of pork spare ribs (about 1 ½ lb.)
Directions
For the Marinade, mix all the ingredients until well blended.
Remove and discard the silverskin from the bottom sides of the spare ribs. Place the ribs in a large bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of prepared Marinade for later use. Pour the remaining Marinade over the ribs. Cover and refrigerate the ribs for 8 to 12 hours.
Heat the grill to about 300°F.
Season both sides of the ribs with the 2 tsp. BBQ Allrounder, then place the ribs in a shallow heatproof dish. Cover the dish, then grill the ribs for about 3 hours or until the rib meat is tender, occasionally checking the grill to maintain the 300°F grilling temperature.
Remove the ribs from the grill. Increase the grilling temperature to 475°F.
Brush the ribs with the reserved marinade. Grill the ribs for 5 min. on each side or until the marinade is hot and bubbly.
